We are the UK’s best value recipe box. The more you order, the more you save!

Get the most value for your money by ordering a value box 4 people. That’s 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches and 7 dinners per person, all in from 89p per portion!

Once your order is confirmed (4 working days before your delivery day), we can’t change any recipes in your box so always make sure to check and confirm your recipes before then.

This is because we work with a number of suppliers and logistics partners to source your fresh ingredients, so we need to lock in your order a few days before we start packing your box. We are working hard with our suppliers and logistics to shorten this lead time.

Our Plant-based boxes are catered for vegetarian diets.

We’re growing fast! We deliver to a large chunk of mainland UK. Unfortunately, a few areas are still out of our reach:

  • Highlands
  • Ireland
  • Channel Islands

If this includes your area, we’re as sorry that we can’t deliver our delicious recipes to your area. Watch this space though - we’re growing all the time and we’re determined to deliver to you soon!

To make sure you get the best shelf life from your fresh ingredients (As you probably won’t be cooking all your recipes at once), try to store them right away when you unpack your box:

  • Ingredients from your thermal pouches.
  • Fruit (except tomatoes), leafy vegetables, cauliflower, carrots, courgettes, cabbage, peppers, green beans, radishes, broccoli and mushrooms.
  • Fresh ginger.
  • Fresh herbs (except basil).
  • Bread.

For your cupboard:

  • Garlic cloves.
  • Squash, cucumber, aubergine and root vegetables (except carrots) - keep potatoes and onions separate.
  • The brown paper bag of spices and other bits.

For your freezer:

  • Any meat or fish that you don’t want to eat right away.
  • Ice packs – you can reuse these!

Top tip: Check the use-by date on the ingredient packaging before you use with any recipe – (All our ingredients are bought in fresh with a longer shelf life than labelled however we apply a shorter use by date to ensure you use these ingredients at their best. Try to make sure you will have time to cook all of your recipes within their respective dates.
