If you’ve received the wrong number of meals in your box, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your box by emailing us at info@eezyfood.co.uk.

Where is my box?

Our delivery slots are between 08:00 and 18:00.
Our delivery drivers’ routes change each week to make them as efficient as possible, so you may not receive your box at the same time of the day every week.
Most of our boxes are delivered by DHL, however, this could change from week to week.

Why does my chicken smell funny?

Chicken having an unusual smell can seem concerning, however it may well be due to the packaging method rather than the chicken itself.
Our chicken is vacuum packaged. This means your chicken is vacuum sealed for freshness purposes. During this process, some oxygen is removed from the packaging to preserve the quality. This can cause a sulphur or “eggy” smell when opened. All you need to do is open up the package and allow it to sit for a couple of minutes before cooking.
That being said, should you have any concerns about the safety of your chicken do not eat it and please contact us at info@eezyfood.co.uk

My box arrived damaged

We are sorry to hear this, please make sure you have any necessary photos and contact us at info@eezyfood.co.uk
Sending in pictures is extremely useful, it means that we can get a better idea of what has gone wrong and hopefully get to the bottom of the issue straight away.
